ZYFLEX® FUNCTION
As outdoor sports seasons stretch into their winter months, warmth becomes a priority for athletes. Variations in
physical activity & rest periods impact comfort, particularly when sweating occurs. Once an athlete begins to
perspire, cotton undergarments begin to retain moisture, increasing their weight and at-rest chill factor. Sweatshirts
and jackets become cumbersome and unmanageable, losing their functionality.

any other water resistant fabric you've tried. Our patented Ultra Microfiber system gives Zyflex® functionality where

ZYFLEX® FIBERS
Once you have tried Zyflex® in adverse weather, you will experience the difference. The secret of our performance
lies in our patented construction. Insulation has been accepted to be directly proportional to the amount of
entrapped air and is, therefore, proportional to fabric thickness. This has spawned a generation of bulky thermal
wear that constricts an athlete's freedom to move in colder conditions.
Zyflex® Thermal Sportgear incorporates new ultra microfibers that are held in place by continuous strands on nylon
and spandex. Our composite fabric is designed to move with the athlete while preserving a greater amount of
entrapped air than traditional fabrics of equal thickness.
ZYFLEX® FLOW
The patented structure of Zyflex® offers a surprising amount of water resistance. Water molecules find it more
difficult to overcome the unique surface tension of our fabric. In addition, the circuitous cross-sectional path of our
ultra microfibers resists water penetration. Simple fact, air molecules are smaller than water molecules. Due to this,
water beads and rolls off Zyflex® while air continues to flow uninhibited!

ZYFLEX® FIT
Since we engineered this revolutionary fabric, we believe you should engineer the shirt according to your unique
form. Here are some basic factors that will guide your decision. First, the shirt will stretch about 30%. The more it
stretches during wear, the more recovery power you will feel! If you want a compression fabric, size your shirt a bit
smaller than normal.
Secondly, we left about 5% of the inactive retraction in the fabric so you can tighten your garments with a warm water
washing and a warm air-drying. Our shirt does not really shrink...it relaxes! The fabric will expand to fit your body
once you put it back on. Our sizing chart follows conventional sizing. Choose wisely.
