$25-$49.98: $7.95
$50-$74.99: $8.95
75 and up: $9.95

shipped daily. All orders before noon will go out the same day as the order was received (except weekends).
Second day guaranteed delivery is available from FedEx for an extra fee. Please note that 95% of East Coast orders
will arrive in 1-2 days without any additional charges. As we result, we do not recommend paying the extra fee for the
express delivery. If express service is required however, the fees are shown below:
